It started with a feeling.
Not just the usual itch to shoot, but something deeper, a craving to tell a story, frame by frame. Ever since I arrived in Scotland, I’ve found myself quietly falling in love with West End. There’s something about the way the light hits the old brick, the way shadows stretch across the pavement, the stillness and grit that coexist on these streets. It felt like a film waiting to be made.
I kept returning to this idea: a noir-inspired series, moody and cinematic, something that felt like a scene pulled from a movie. And I knew there was only one person I wanted to create it with - my best mate, @noiseous. We’ve talked for months about doing this. Not just a shoot, but a visual story. One last project before I leave for exchange this summer. A way to freeze time in this thousand year old city that’s become part of me.
So, we stepped into the streets of Glasgow, not just as photographer and a model, but as storytellers chasing a frame that felt honest, evocative, and just a little bit dramatic.
